Public website and preview
The website is hosted on our server at Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. To deliver pages, the server processes connection details such as your IP address and request information. This is necessary to provide and secure the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Access logging is disabled for this website. No analytics, advertising trackers, external fonts or social embeds are included. The preview runs in your browser memory: no settings are stored or sent, and no social API is contacted.
Contact and pilot portal
The contact link opens your email application. If you email us, we process your address and message to answer your request (Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). Retention depends on the request and applicable retention obligations. The existing pilot portal has its own privacy information and necessary sign-in cookies; it opens only when you follow its link.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction and, where applicable, portability or object to processing. Contact info@postyourbrand.com. You may complain to a data protection supervisory authority, including the authority for North Rhine-Westphalia (LDI NRW). Do not send passwords, tokens or one-time codes.
